Return & Exchange Window

3-Day Policy: You have exactly 3 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.

Immediate Contact Required: If you intend to return or exchange your watch, you must contact us immediately upon receiving the parcel to notify us.
Mandatory Return Conditions
To eligibility for a full refund or exchange, the watch must meet the following strict criteria:

The watch must be completely unworn and unused.

All original protective plastic wraps, stickers, and seals must be intact and unremoved.

The timepiece, box, documentation, and tags must be kept and returned in "as-is" pristine condition.
Note: Any watch showing signs of wear, sizing, or removed protective plastic will be rejected for return or exchange and sent back to the customer.
Refund Process & Shipping Costs

Quality Check: Once your return arrives back at our facility, our team will thoroughly inspect it to ensure it meets the conditions above. Upon successful inspection, we will issue a full refund via bank transfer.

Shipping Costs: The customer will bear the shipping costs for both sides. This includes the cost of shipping the item back to us, as well as the original shipping fee (if applicable/exchanged).
